Introduction
Anywhere Networks, owned by P2 Mobile Technologies Limited (“we” or “us” or “our”), respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit our website (the “Site”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
P2 Mobile Technologies Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send us an enquiry, you give us your name and email address, and you can also give us your company, phone number and message. When you apply to become a partner, you give us your company, name and email address, and you can also give us your region and message. If you email or call us, we keep what you send us.
Partner accounts. If you are an approved partner with an account, we keep your company name, email address and a protected form of your password, along with the deals you register, your training progress and your certificates.
Information collected automatically. Our servers automatically receive information when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times and the pages you view.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
· respond to your enquiry or partner application, and follow up with you about it;
· provide and manage partner accounts and the services available through them;
· operate, maintain and improve the Site, and resolve problems;
· protect the Site against spam, fraud and misuse, including by limiting repeated requests from one IP address;
· tell you about relevant products and services where you have asked us to or the law allows it;
· comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract; our legitimate interests in running our business, responding to enquiries and keeping the Site secure; complying with legal obligations; and your consent, where we ask for it.
How we share your information
We may share your information in these situations:
Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services for us, such as hosting and email delivery.
Our affiliates. We may share information with our affiliates, including our parent company and subsidiaries, and companies under common control with us, and we require them to honour this Privacy Policy.
Channel partners. We sell through distributors, integrators and other channel partners. We may pass your enquiry to a partner so that it can respond to you.
By law or to protect rights. We may share information if we believe it is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of others, as permitted or required by applicable law.
Business transfers. If we reorganise or sell all or part of our assets, undergo a merger or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity.
Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains what is stored on your device and what happens when pages load our web fonts.
International transfers
We have offices in the United States, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong, and we use service providers in other countries. Your information may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and Hong Kong, where data protection laws may differ. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. That includes handling your enquiry, managing our relationship with you or your company, resolving disputes and meeting our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information where the law requires or allows us to.
If you do not want to receive marketing emails from us, contact us, or use the unsubscribe link if the email has one. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception or other misuse.
Third-party websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn and YouTube, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Site, any information you provide to those third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy and security practices of those websites.
Children
The Site is intended for business and professional users. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the details below.
Do-Not-Track signals
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No uniform standard for recognising these signals has been finalised, so the Site does not respond to them. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies to track you.
California privacy rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the details below.
