Where do I get firmware for my nodes?
Partners download current firmware and tools from the partner portal. If you bought through a partner, ask them, or email support@anywherenetworks.com with your node model.
I don’t have a partner login yet. How do I get one?
Apply on the Partners page, or contact technical support if you already work with us and just need access.
What warranty do products have?
Nodes come with a first-year free limited hardware warranty and firmware upgrade. Extended warranties of 1, 3 or 5 years are available under specific purchase terms and conditions.
How do I manage my network?
Anywhere Node Manager (A-NM) is a portable Windows tool for discovering nodes, viewing topology, and handling configuration, firmware upgrades and diagnostics.
